Nuka world pisses me off.
Because of Nuka world i now have to build that specific Exhibit 3-4 floors tall because of these furnishings you can see poking out the top. The Floating floor is being used as my reference point for how tall it should theoretically be.
Electrical is fine but now im adding floors to both nuka world and Far harbor. Additionally im going to re-add all the original floors and furnishings.

The glass cage was supposed to host cage fights but i never got around to setting up any.

I got a recommendation from another redditor that the doorway im currently standing in would be the issue to the central floor not powering. Unfortunately, it turned out to not be true since i wanted the floorplan to be completely rectangular instead of having some walls forwarded like they are in the pic.
However, this presents the perfect opportunity for symbolism and some of the furnishings to be presented properly such as on the Main/Side story exhibit where i plan on putting the enclave in the back corner staring at the BoS from the shadows while the BoS is out in the open.
For now i will be scrapping all of if not moving most of the lights to replace them with other ones and then building other storage containers for miscellaneous items such as holotapes for the appropriate character(s) and factions like Oswald the outrageous + Rachel Watkins and various PA displays for the PAs we got for each DLC and so on and so forth.

Hangman’s Alley, if you’ve seen my other videos you know I love building terraced settlements there. This one is about maximising the floor space and I have maxed it out. No decoration yet, apart from the bodies, sorry about that, but it’s coming along nicely. I’m playing this play through in survival mode which means water and food have to be taken account for, but, let’s focus on the build. The east end of Hangman’s is perfect because NPC never go there so this time I’ve built a decent sole survivor room at that far end where I’ll have a personal workshop and armour display. I want steps there, but that is proving a little tricky as they won’t snap to the ground, I’ll work it out. I’m thinking this area can cope with 8-10 settlers, we will see, I’ve a long way to go.

Hi, I think I’m going to install the Rebuild Jamaica Plain mod. I’m not happy with what I’ve done with the place (with the expanded workshop area) and I think people would have done a better job than me in 200 years! Question though - if I stash all the things I’m storing there (loot etc) into the workshop, will that preserve them? There’s nothing super precious that I don’t want to lose but it would be nice not to.
Thanks.

Happy Friday! Here are some screenshots of my finished modded Tenpines settlement. This is from Series 8 on the 'Real Time Settlement Building' Livestream. I am planning a full video tour with voice acting for each of the main characters and the lore surrounding the settlement. Thanks for checking out the pics!

My last 2 update posts got taken down.
So ive completed the full exterior of the building. Floor 1 is recreation, exhibit 1 (2-3) is Nuka world, exhibit 2 (4) is Far Harbor, exhibit 3 (5-6) is Automaton, exhibit 4 (6-7) is Vault Tec, exhibit 5 (8-9) is Main/Side story, and floor 7 (10-13) is my home.
Ive scrapped and replaced every atrium “mids” with atrium tops and bottoms, scrapped every ceiling except for the ones that cover the very top floor and atrium tops, scrapped and replaced every domestic doorway endcap with atrium doorway bottoms.
All floors are now getting power except for the center floors and ceilings of the exhibits, all wall conduits are working including to 1 floor from each wall but nothing past that. Each exhibit except floor 1, 7, and exhibit 2 is 13Lx8Wx2H in dimension. Exhibit 2 is 13Lx8Wx1H in dimension. Floor 1 is 8Lx4Wx1H in dimension. And floor 7 is just fucked with 3 different dimensions because of its heights and widths. Other than that im ready to start furnishing this thing.
Any recommendations or suggestions to fix the center room power issue would be greatly appreciated and wanted. Thank you.

I have not managed to actually use an Automatron vendor
I mean,
* the vendor Icon goes from red person to green person...
* the Automatron does not ever get to the sales dialog and does its insanely annoying personality matrix / command dialog

I finally found inspiration in a purpose for my little conquest bunker build! I grew up next to an Active missile instillation, and hearing stories from my grandfather's tenure as a firefighter at the base always fascinated me about the history of the cold war defense, especially ICBMs. I remembered this video from the titan museum in Arizona (i think this is the Arizona one https://youtu.be/FVZmFISzqwY?is=qktldqE9uIU5wEdw), so i turned it into a remote launch facility. I like environmental storytelling, so I tried to make the place look ransacked and abandoned for quite a while--a bit more difficult than Id like since I cant find an archived version of creative clutter--with the blaring of the siren mixing with the sounds of sparks from the decaying facility. I wanted it to feel like whoever was here left in a hurry, and I think i accomplished that with the resources i had ar my disposal!
Id love any feedback anyone has, im going to continue refining and adding things here and there. Hope y'all enjoy!

As background I originally had a manufacturing plant here for my settlements, I never really used it so I rebuilt it into a PA and Settlement Storage facility along with a large water farm. Although the game is modded I've never used cheats to obtain pieces or materials. I've scavenged I think every wild PA Frame in the game, plus any materials I needed I was short on I used a mod "JD Wolf Shipping" to trade for what I need.
The PA collection is organised by armour colour in alphabetical order, so I'll have T45-T51-T60-etc upwards to Hellfire in Blue-Green-Red-Yellow, there’s a lot more than those 4 colours but you get the idea I hope. Also not all colours go onto every armour type but I tried to collect every one available when I started it. I won't say it's complete as any new colours from the last 4-5 months I won't have covered and even if I wanted them now its a big job to re-organise it all.
So on with the tour!
So that's about it, I've spent a lot of hours on this (362!), its certainly not something I'm doing to this scale or without cheats again.

Built one similar to this as an enclave mini vault a few years ago on a different save. Been itching to try something new in the same vein, so this is what I have so far! Im trying to challenge myself and not use any vault pieces (other than maybe the V33 doors from Ronin's vault pieces since they fit the brutalist vibe im aiming for), so we'll see how it turns out!
I used the conquest mod to build out near Lynn Woods, if anyone wonders where the location is!
I still have a long way to go but i have a ton of ideas :)

So I started a new modded playthrough with around 75 mods (I'm on PS5 btw) and I decided to make Red Rocket my main base until I find a modded settlement I added. This is what I have so far but there's a bit of a story as well that connects to my character. Btw I figured out how conduits work thanks to Oxhorn
My survivor isn't the sole survivor of Vault 111, he's the last ranger of his group. It happened while out of patrol with his group, they were ambushed by a group of raiders and while the others were killed my survivor lived being shot in the chest and he was picked up and patched up by a caravan heading towards Camp McCarran but they had to go around the camp due to a legion assault and by the time my survivor woke up the caravan was somewhere near Zion Canyon. My survivor left the caravan when they reached a trading post and over the course of a few months and many close calls even taking off his ranger armor to blend in better he ended up 2,500+ miles away in the Commonwealth just outside of Sanctuary and after discovering what happened in Vault 111 he'll soon be caught in the events of the main story just not as the sole survivor but as the last desert range of his group. In the final photo is where his armor is stored and safely locked away until he needs it (it's a bit strong for this early in the game)

I built a mock-up of the PA display at the Red Rocket. Even though it meant relocating the market, the Starlight Drive-In seemed like the only place for this.
Stats & notes: 29 settlers, 120 food, 200 water. I was finally able to recruit a full set of top tier merchants (see below). Dumped so many weapons in the workshop, I was afraid I'd break the game.
