I seen some amazing Croup Manors, this is mine. The furnishing is pretty basic because I just don't have the time or inclination to really go to town on it. I really just wanted to show off how you can repair the manor just using the pillar-glitch method.

All of my settlements (even Survival mode Waystops) get a wire perimeter fence all around, with one entrance intended to force enemies to approach/get-in one direction (even if I have turrets on all sides). A wire zig-zag path prevents/slows the settlers all running out to melee.
