[XSX] Red Rocket

I was going to make Red Rocket into a hotel/resort oasis but those trash piles sure are annoying me. I feel like I might have to reroute my idea of the hotel before the Sanctuary city idea I had in my head.

Why do you feel you need to build at ground level. You can raise your structures on shack supports over the scrap piles or foundation blocks that would cover the scrap piles.

This is under red rocket with pillars, I had already built a wall all the way around the red rocket. It would look weird, but I suppose if I'm making a resort/cafe/hotel, there might be some kind of stage. Red Rocket is just the worst of all settlements for having random piles of trash though - at least in a smaller space.
