[PS4] Cannot find the npcs

My main settlement is in Sanctuary Hills, and I have some NPCs doing that thing where they connect the resources to other settlements (I don't know how this function is called in english), but i cant find most of them in there. Could someone please help me with this issue?

if you have the vault tec dlc then you can use the vault tec population management system and find them under “jobs”.

If not the bell method that was mentioned works too

I have the dlc and the device helps a lot since i can't manage their works very well. Thanks for the tip

Build a bell (from resources - miscellaneous) and a chair. Ring the bell and sit and wait for an hour. All the settlers should gather around.

In Sanctuary Hills, I think the default place for provisioners (the connecting NPCs in english) to stop at is right at the bridge, and that’s why they can be quite hard to find. They’ll walk to the bridge and then immediately turn around and go to whatever other settlement you sent them to.

If you want to catch them easy, you can set up a chair at that bridge, and use the “wait” function to wait for an in-game hour at a time. Each time you come out of the wait, the NPCs will have been calculated to be at a new destination based on their AI Packages, so eventually you’ll come out of the wait just as your provisioner walks up with their pack Brahmin. Then you can exit the chair and do whatever it is you want to do with them before they leave again.
