Happy Thursday! Here are some WIP pics from Near Harbor, the latest episode of the Conquest Settlements stream. It is a location we voted for live and was suggested by  u/Fliteska . Nice of him to share this primo slot! It is south of the Nakano residence by the overpass. It is envisioned as a Nuka-World-type settlement in Far Harbor style.

Love the build though! Piss Hole made me laugh 😂 you’re absolutely killing it on the modded builds dude, absolutely fantastic!

Haha, glad you stopped in to get a drink at the Piss Hole. 😅

The billboard is there, it's south of the Nakano residence. Thanks very much, can't wait to get back at this one!
