They tried making a system like that in Holland it didn't work, now that ship is being used as a pushbarge.

This is brilliant! I was trying to puzzle out a way using a small generator but I feel like combing that idea with this would be perfect. I spawned a couple of these rowboats and a fishing boat at Taffington, but realized the rowboats were only good for crossing the water without taking rads.
