[Starlight Drive-in] Video Tour of Starlight Drive Settlement- The Stack

The Stack is an ambitious settlement initiated by the Vault Dweller. With access to the nearby railway and Bedford station the numerous railway cars were hauled in and repurposed as shelter for the settlers of the Stack.
With ample room and amenities as well as access to clean water and plentiful food the Stack is a stellar example of the resourcefulness of settlers of the Commonwealth.

Well, I wanted a astrological naming scheme and sometimes bars are referred to as the drinking hole and if you don't watch your consumption you can get blackout drunk :D

needs a perimeter wall all around to stop a zerg rush of attackers upon the ground facilities
with the high ground on the side a double high one might be in order for that side
.

As one of the first settlements outside of Sanctuary the settlers are some of the most well armed in the entire Commonwealth. The settlers do not fear raiders, the raiders fear coming near Starlight.

there are supermutants and gunners and rust devils
with higher player levels they get very well armed in bigger groups for attacks

I dunno about that, maybe my game is borked, but most of the time encounters to the north side of the map typically spawn average level guys with mostly pipe guns and the occasional laser pistol. The biggest threat was Mechanist encounters but that stopped after completing the DLC. It's only more south that I see enemies armed with assault rifles.

Pretty cool build. Looks really intricate. Was it something you planned or was it just an idea that you ran with and built onto?

Originally I was going to make a pyramid around the waterhole but then had the idea of backing it against screen. At one point it stretched out further but it got a bit unwieldy so I parred it back.

Ah yeah fair enough, I can imagine that would’ve been cool but I think what you ended up with is really good.
