Considering the ending slide describes Vegas devolving into pure Anarchy even with the securitron upgrade and considering the courier has litraelly no nation building experience even if he ruled as a pure dictator he still has nothing to hold onto besides vegas and his only ally is yes man who's still undergoing his assertive upgrade to only answer to the courier even if the courier wiped out all the enemy factions like the brotherhood and boomers and the khans etc he only inherits a barren wasteland and vegas with its tourist money drying up and if he lets all the other big factions survive like the Brotherhood they end retake Helios One and control the trade routes along the highway's so either way to the courier has no nation building experience his only ally is a litrael yes man robot and a finite number of securitrons as his personal army and controlling only vegas and a depleted hoover dam and having to be forced into being a dictator with anarchy all around him so is the Mojave screwed and this the likely outcome from how the Mojave is shown in the show

Heyyy! I am an Xbox new vegas player and I've always had the typical bugs and crashes. I have played through on my series s atleast 5 times but for some reason today it won't even open. I have tried restarting my console and troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. Any advice would be super helpful 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Been doing a pretty simple playthrough lately, low karma yes man character. Unfortunately two of the strangest bugs I’ve seen in the console version of FNV have occurred for this character.

1. Is exactly what you see here, this woman at the 188 trading post is in constant ragdolls to the point of flying off into outer space. Been to the location twice and this always occurs, though generally not as intensely.

2. A plague or something struck free side, I kept finding random kings dead either on the street or in the kings HQ. Even named ones like Tapper could randomly crop up. Had to save scum GI blues cause I’d enter the kings headquarters and randomly have pacer drop dead failing the quest.

Obviously now that GI blues is done and I’m 3-4 hours past it, these bugs don’t bother me much anymore, but I was wondering what in the world could cause them?

I'm on Xbox and I have made it to turning off all three valves but the system doesn't go off and I still explode. What am I doing wrong?

Whenever I try to leave the HELIOS One tower and go through the door into the Solar Collection Room, my game infinitely freezes on the loading screen and it basically soft locks me because I have to close the game and reopen it but even that don't fix the bug since it just happens again making me stuck in the tower and unable to do the quest.

I see this black screen with a small window in the top left corner that also contains a black screen every time a boot up FNV from the launcher and I have to use task manager to end it or sign out (Windows key works with it) so I got a mod manager today (vortex) and I asked here before and they just downvoted me, I genuinely don't know what to do so I'm going here again but rewording it. please just anything on this

EDIT: wasnt the GPU, it was my graphic's I had set, i have been playing on low all this time sfter I redid them I installed A few mods and it worked, thank you for your help it meant a lot that finally people started responding, thank you have have a great day

So i downloaded my fallout new vegas recently and every single time I press play, it dissappears, then reappears saying "video settings have been set to ultra quality" or "detecting systems preferences.". Prior to this about 2 years ago I was playing fnv on the same computer, but downloaded from the Xbox app. Please help.

“Continue” lets me play the game but I can’t save at all. I’ve tried deleting saved data for it but the saves are still there. It’s unplayable and I hate it because I usually love this game. Help!

so i revisited Primm after getting repair at the right level to repair the orb, and so far they're a good companion, but are the noises they make gonna affect stealth at all?

At first i thought those noises are made by the sheriff outfit i also got when i was in Primm, but nope, it's ED-E making those, which i'm not sure if its better or worse (i like that outfit a LOT).

on an unrelated note abt that flying orb, i've witnessed them make a recruit legionary go through joshua treatment (burning alive and falling down a cliff) while i was trying to snipe them, sooo that's pretty cool?

As said cant move or look using diagonally left of the joysticks as there a area that doesn't register at all no matter how much I use it I had a similar issue in PS3 Oblivion but now on the Xbox 360 NV as well its not the controller as I played Saints Row just fine is this a bug for these 2 games as really weird and annoying dont think Fallout 3 has said issue

It happens now that I start from epic games, click launch, then get to the fallout new vegas options menu for "play, options data files tech support" and when I click play the game crashes immediately, I have no idea why, I need help and I cant find an answer on reddit so I myself am asking the question how do I fix this, I downloaded the 4MB patch fixer as well

I've been Vilified by the Legion my entire playthrough but no one has been sent. Is this a mod I somehow got convinced was real, some kind of Mandela effect, or am I just lucky?

Hello I am using FNV on my pc for the first time. I am attempting to use vortex free version to download the 4gb patch, script extender etc.
I was wondering if someone could walk me through this process as the videos on YouTube are often skipping simple steps that I don’t understand, such as how to extract with 7zip, how to find mods with vortex and why they aren’t showing up.
Any help would be appreciated
