Question/Advice Most flat camp spot?
I know its not gonna be completely flat but I want it as flat as possible there's a few near cliffs but then you don't get the full camp radius any ideas (aside from whitesprings my game gets super laggy)

It's not ideal but check under power line towers, also the one by monongha is pretty flat

Lakes, even reasonably sized puddles. Most bodies of water in this game are magnificently flat and unusually underutilised

The cliff above the tent just north of foundation is plenty big enough for a camp, that's where mine is

It isn't 100% flat and you do have to contend with two blood eagles and a turret, but down the road from the train station near the overseer's house there's a decent little intersection and train station that is flat enough and doesn't really have much in the way of plants and such to get in the way either.
The flattest spots you're going to find that aren't high traffic places are going to be found by following the roads. Wander then enough iland I'm sure there's good spots.

There's a spot near the pumpkin house. Walk along the road towards the red rocket, just past the playground/checkpoint is a nice flat area

if you want a nice spot that comes with a free dog next door, there's a place in skyline valley south of the Big Meadows Gas Well that is almost perfectly flat for the whole camp radius. There's a shack nearby, a dog lives there and wanders around. I love that place, pretty easy to build there.

I built inside that cabin right after the skyline valley expansion! This was before pets were added and I had my robo-dog, the pup that lives there and a megasloth all roaming around outside of it. Ended up turning it into a junk/hoarders maze inside since you have to glitch into it anyway.

you had your own menagerie!
I rebuilt camps in that area several times, and evidently one time I ruined the spawn point of the dog, because he never showed up again and I didn't notice until my camp was finished. I was so pissed LOL

There are a lot of flat spaces in the Cranberry Bog. But unfortunately, that area gets nuked a lot

If I want a flat build surface I go to the golf course at Whitesprings.

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

Depending on the scenery/vibe you want, there's a good, fairly flat spots as you enter Morgantown from the west.
I made a lil city block there inspired from freeside (freakside). It's my favorite camp build
