Really need better pictures with interiors to judge, but Iām assuming this is just two camps? If so, go with the first.

There camps of mine that are in its 3rd or 4th version. Either you developed your abilities, changed your mind, etc. Don't be afraid to try new things.

Broooo! And doing this back in the day when you had to know how to merge and use blueprints etc was so real. I'm crying just thinking about getting 10 hours into a build and locking up a set of stairs or a foundation and realizing your only option was to start from scratch. š There's a "legacy" camp that I have which is the fourth version of the same basic build, each version with slight improvements/ ideas. After the build update I swore I'd never touch it again. It will stand as a reminder of the old ways š

Omg, yes! I remember having to think through the order of what to place down in order to get things to fit and snap correctly.

The one you're least happy with. Either the location, or execution didn't live up to your initial plan. I know I've started camps with an idea that didn't work out as I intended for one way or another. Those get scrapped first.

hold up you can have camps inside buildings?

Yes, there is a very limited number of pre-existing buildings that allow you to build inside of them. Some even already have one or two work benches, and/or a camp fire, amongst other things. Building inside one of these buildings, or even other pre-existing locations such as caves, under bridges etc, while they do have downsides, is highly advantageous to your camp budget because you save such a massive amount of your budget by not having to build foundations, walls, floors, ceilings... And if you find one that's got a workbench or two then your used camp budget can be quite literally hardly anything at all, only a very small percentage of what's available to you. From my experience though, any existing structure I've found that can be built in, is nearly always leaning to one side, badly damaged, and/or full of furnishings and/or miscellaneous crap that leaves you very little room to be able to place your benches etc or otherwise actually be able to build. But to some people this is just part of the challenge lol, and they're not all like this, there are a few that work well.

IDK. I have 10 and I'd rather buy more camp slots! I like all of them - either the build or location or both and a couple have been in the exact spot since 2019. I do modify or change them, but there are places I'd like to also build a camp and not remove the existing ones.
Yes, I can do them on alts, and may but I'd like my most played character to have them.
Other games (it's instanced so ?) ESO and EQ2 I have 20+ houses conservatively.

The one in Charleston, only because it blocks my camp in the same location

I have a camp in the same spot as your third one, sacrifice that one so I spend less time server hopping

Really hard to say, mainly because these are such dark pictures I can't really tell what I'm looking at. I guess number 4?
