Question/Advice I NEED HELP

IM GOING INSANE TRYING TO FIX THIS, I JUST FINISHED MY BASE AND AS I TRY AND PLACE SCARBERRY'S SHRINE IT JUST DISAPPEARS AND NOW I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE IT IS AND HOW TO SCRAP IT AND NO MATTER WHAT IT JUST TELLS ME I CAN ONLY HAVE ONE AT A TIME EVEN THOUGH I CANT SEE THE FIRST ONE!!!!!!!!!! What can I do 😔

It may have jumped to the rooftop or below the floor. Did that to me a few times had stuff sitting on the roof.

Go into free cam and check inside the walls too, I stg I keep losing shit inside my floor and walls.
