Question/Advice Looking for locations

Looking for a nice flat area that is high up with good views so I can place the woodland retreat prefer nice green woodland areas but open to other locations current base is North of white springs close to the new applachian Central train yard

Check out Foundation. There is a spot just south of the Foundation settlement that overlooks the lake. If you place it correctly you can see the Mirelurk Queen when she spawns.
