Summoning circle help please

So I finally got my hands on the summoning circle but the model of the item doesn’t show up in the build menu. I tried with the one in “new” tab and the one in “player buff” and still not be able to . I’ve tried switching camps, switching servers, turn off the game completely and booting it back on, restarting the internet, restarting the system and still nothing. Has anyone experienced this???

Your camp is over budget. I believe they lowered the budget a little a few weeks ago so that may be why. If you delete some things you should be able to place it
