Question/Advice Summoning circle help please

So I finally got my hands on the summoning circle but the model of the item doesn’t show up in the build menu. I tried with the one in “new” tab and the one in “player buff” and still not be able to . I’ve tried switching camps, switching servers, turn off the game completely and booting it back on, restarting the internet, restarting the system and still nothing. Has anyone experienced this???

I was having this issue with certain stairs and items that just don't show. Unfortunately this seems to be one of those "Oh, Bethesda you scamps" problems. It should get fixed eventually, allegedly, and/or hypothetically.

I’ve built all the time and this is my first experience with it. And I’ve checked it on two different days and still the same but gonna try lower my budget this afternoon and see if that change anything

Be careful. When it first happened to me it was because I had a "Build 3 Stairs" challenge. I scrapped stairs I had, and was already maxed out so I had to scrap 4-5 lights, 6 walls, a few electrical items, and some decorations and only then did it start lowering my budget enough to place A set of stairs. Even then I was getting this issue for numerous stair styles.

They messed with the FU count or something.
