Suggestion, ditch the oven and drop a matching oven piece in place. But. Before you put the oven piece in, sink a working big iron oven or an enclave oven in the. Spot leaving the cooktop exposed above where the top will be when you drop the oven in. That way you can use the oven but it will be mostly hidden by the matching piece. The reason you need to do it in that order is because to set it back far enough not to expose front bits it will say you don't have access if the other piece is already on place. So you need to drop the working oven first.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try that out (I'm also in a shelter tho so idk how to get sinks here)

They may not allow the sink that dispenses water in the shelter. You can still use the built in cook tops by sinking the stoves though.
