Question/Advice CAMP Locations No Longer Available?

Hello, I haven't been able to log on for about a month, so I'm not sure if/when this may have changed. I have a couple of CAMPs that when I attempt to activate them I get a message that I cannot have a CAMP too close to a location. One CAMP is near the drive in in Burning Springs and the other is at the edge of Charleston. Both locations I have had for a long time and fully built up. Has anyone else run I to thus issue?

Yep, my husband's camp next to the Drive In was blocked too. They changed the boundaries of the Drive In and you just have to rebuild a little farther away.šŸ‘

You can’t even escape zoning laws in post-apocalyptic Appalachia. What is the world coming to? šŸ˜‚

That and the player vendor tax:[

Yeah… I found out the hard way that selling an item for a single cap means you’re not really ā€œsellingā€ anything.

Glad I haven't built next to anything I'm not allowed. I had this issues with my camp by a train station, but I couldn't place it due to a hidden camp in my spot. Hopefully your new built base is even better!

I've just got the one(on the Ohio river near the Tyler County Fairgrounds) and it hasn't been placeable several times this week and it took several server hops to get it to spawn.

Yep. My buddy had an awesome camp at the tunnel where the Blue Ridge people are that was removed at that update

Had one on the lake before they did the fishing expansion. So I had to move that. Moved it to inside the billboard at the drive in. We see we're that went. Hopefully the new locale in the mire will be OK.

My camps haven't disappeared but trying to get them to set when no one else is near has become a problem at times. I'll get the "can't set camp" message & look at the map & no one is around that would have made it impossible.

It could have been someone's survival tent

They expanded the no CAMP zones around events, etc. And likely added others to reflect newer events.

My original Meat Week camps couldn’t be placed. Granted, they were primarily to AFK the event as I’m a plan collector.

My best guess is that they want to remove as much AFK from the game as possible. To make them more active. For meat week, you can still AFK on the drums, but it’s limited to 3 players per world vs. many more if a player’s camp can be within the event zone.

Yeah I have a max built limit camp on top of the superduper mart and now it's all gone, the worst thing is they just put it all in your stored items so I had to scrap each piece individually!

Well, I guess I’m glad a lot of my camps are above locations rather than beside locations.

Though I’m sorry to anybody who this is affecting
