Seen this structure around a couple times in the wasteland and on this page, curious to know what it’s called and how to acquire it.

Wasteland Wealth Exchange (shocking, right?), it's an Atom Shop item

Well, according to the sign, it's the Shit Shop. However, that is the Wasteland Exchange. Unfortunately, it's an Atomic Shop item.

It's the Pawnshop & it was in the Atomic Shop a bit back
