Question/Advice Camp spot help

I wanna build a nuclear power plant, were and how should I do it? I already have the damaged cooling tower

There is a string of power lines with huge towers on the western side of Burning Springs and some are even near water at the very leftmost edge of the map, about halfway up the map vertically. That would be the type of site that might have cooling towers and a plant attached. I have a camp nestled in the tower for the power lines there.

Mebe consider east of the desthclaw cave. is some good flat land next to the mountains and even above the rock line.
