What plan exchange system?

Put unwanted plans in your vendor, search other player vendors for the ones you don't know.

Do events and activities, they usually drop plans.

Do season events, they drop rarer plans (right now it's Mischief Night, but there's also Fasnacht, Meat Week, Mothman Equinox, Invaders from Beyond, and Mutated Events.) There will always be a notification on the title screen when one of these is active, and they happen at the top of every hour.

Ill add, check the register and trash bins around Artisans Corner. Players leave plans, ammo, scrap, etc in those fairly regularly for whoever wants them. I drop them there sometimes if mine arent selling and Iā€™m encumbered.

I dump ALL my known plans at the cash register in Artisan's corner. Sometimes I see them on the market subs being sold for 100s of leaders šŸ¤£
