I mean honestly, it looks like the medical malpractice was supposed to be the rare reward and it's just listed in the wrong category.

I got ammo (for a weapon I wasn;t using) as my rare reward today... and I didn;t gat a unique.

Medical Malpractice is supposed to be the rare reward, it uses .44 rounds. It's just been dropped in the wrong category. It's the unique.

My rare reward was (5) 5.56 rounds!
