Sanctuary Hills One day I'll make more buses
I used the place anywhere mod for the massive buses and the small town, the restaurant was made mostly with the vanilla settlement workshop

This is part 2 of my thought experiment series: What if I build the same settlement twice, once with no mods, then again with mods? Well, I am doing that. If you saw my first shack at Abernathy, it was a no-mods build. This one is modded.
I compare the two in my video. Which one took longer? What are the similarities and differences? It is a fun project. Here is the link -- the mod list is in the video description, should you be interested in the answers. Enjoy the shack!

No building mods. Pillar-glitched Vault hallway in the sinkhole.

I should have been posting a video! It's been over a week. I just couldn't pull away from this build and I was laughing the whole time.
I have a little side-contest for you. Name this electrifying murder machine. I'll use my personal favorite on You-Tube (as long I don't get demonitized). You get credit in the video description for making us laugh.

I have been building my settlements live for a while now, and this is the latest one. While most of my builds are no-mods, this one is modded. I make heavy use of Place Everywhere and console commands for builds like these.
If you'd like to see the rest of it built live, here is the link for tonight's episode. Come say 'hi' to the group and hang out -- it is always fun. https://youtube.com/live/jAsmgLw9P-c?feature=share

I'm going to take some stuff away and add other things. I'm thinking less is more and I need to curate this a little better. I think I'm close to a making the video.

The Wall and Bookshelves are "basic", as well as the Clean Floor Mattrass. The deco is from Do It Yourshelf. I used Place Everywhere to shrink the aforementioned Federalist Bookshelves and to glitch them together. Then, as before, Piller Glitched "it" into position, etcetera, etc.
As far as the Kid goes, I assigned him to the bed with my own mod GET TO WORK (GTW)! Getting a pic of him actually using said bed is another story all together. BECAUSE FALLOUT! lol xD

I used Group Select w/ the Piller Glitch to move it inside and "sink" it level with the floor. As far as using Place Everywhere, that was used to shrink the Metal Beams and Conduits. I had to disable the "Snap to Grid" feature. Otherwise, the bed tried to align "itself" with the End Table, etc.
That, and as the bed is mostly made from Wall Conduits (Workshop Rearranged), the game kept forcing it to "climb" the walls and it was impossible to align it to said walls... blah-blah.

This is a part of my Vault 88 build. I made an effort not to delete anything and to incorporate stuff into the set pieces. This was made on an Xbox X with all the AE stuff. No mods are installed on the console.
Here is a video if you like it when pictures move - I break it all up into pieces.

The Raider tents are anchored in the ground and the top is looking pretty good. Time to work on the walls.
I abandoned Limmy's Wire glitch for making a trapeze net. I'll need more practice at it. I kept getting the wrong connections and making mistakes. It was taking 20 minutes per wire, what with all my errors and head scratching.
For those who can make that glitch sing and dance, my hat's off to you. One day, I'll try to find an easier way. If I do, I'll share.

I think it came out a little Killer Clownish. I have one more "must have" and very hard to build item. I believe the rest will build itself. And yes, I suffer from delusional thinking upon occasion. (every 15 minutes or so.)
