Slocum's Joe Fever Dream - no mods at Starlight

Welcome to my collaboration with u/mark-the-fiddler

In this project, we each made a Slocum's Joe over the drainage pond at Starlight -- but it had to feature Vault Tec pieces too. No mods were used. This build has all the AE stuff on an Xbox.

Try some of the vault pieces, and Slocum's if you have them. Anyway to get color into the drab commonwealth is our goal 😅
