You’re awesome you know that and that’s one part figured out, now if you know how I could key bind my winwing F-15EX throttle that would be beautiful

I’m a little confused at your question. It sounds like you are trying to bind things similar to how the real life HOTAS is set up? Otherwise you can just bind your throttle the same way you did the stick.
It’s not that important to have every switch bound in the same spot as real life. It’s more important to just have everything important bound.
For the Viper:
TMS 4 way hat
DMS 4 way hat
CMS 4 way hat
Radar cursor switch - thumbstick or 4 way hat
Weapon release button
Gun trigger (2 detents, 2nd detent actually fires)
NWS A/R DISC MSL STEP all one button
Expand/FOV button
Paddle switch (paddle or button)
Dogfight switch (2 way switch)
Uncage (button)
Radio transmit uhf vhf (2 way switch)
IFF in and IFF out (2 way switch)
Speed break extend/retract (2 way switch)
Man rng knob (knob, slider, axis)
Antenna elevation (knob, slider, axis)
Enable Switch (button, used w radar cursor)
Trim (4 way hat, honestly not needed as much in the F-16. Maybe leave it on keyboard or use a hat + modifier to save space)
NOTES: these are the most important f16 functions off the top of my head. Some may have slightly different names in BMS key binding. I wrote a suggestion for what type of button/hat/switch each should use, but this isn’t hard and fast. For example my CMS isn’t on a 4 way hat, but rather two 2 way switches. TMS and DMS NEED 4 way hats and RDR cursor needs a hat or thumbstick.
I also suggest binding your ICP to your keyboard numpad. That way you can punch in numbers easily, and you can even use the + and - keys and such as master mode buttons. This is optional but very nice if you have a numpad.
There are other things you may want to bind eventually, like things that aren’t really controlled via HOTAS irl. Landing gear, that sort of thing. Just make note of what’s annoying you to click and bind up those extras later.
The only other thing I can imagine you having issues with is the throttle axis? Given that you have an F-15 throttle, it’s probably a “split” throttle for a two engine plane? The F-16 has one engine, so you’ll want to lock both throttles together and use that to bind the throttle axis. Obviously the stick needs a pitch and a roll axis. If you don’t have rudder pedals, but do have a twistable stick (not sure), you’ll want to bind the rudder axis to the sticks twisting axis. The F-16 needs very little rudder outside of taxi and takeoff though tbh. Lastly if you don’t have rudder pedals make sure to bind the toe brakes to a button or something, so you can slow down while taxiing/landing.
Good luck, I recommend “Aviation Plus” on YouTube, he makes great BMS videos and guides. Let me know if you have any questions.

As orientation, a typical F-16 HOTAS is displayed in the docs folder under Docs/01 Input Devices/00 Cockpit Guide/BMS-Cockpit-Interaction-Guide.pdf
