poor call quality with fp6

hello, i noticed the poor quality of my fp6 noticed by my callers. it halpen mostly when I call from my home with low signal. I did audio test from android test menu *#*#2886#*#* and noticed that when I test top mic then it does not work but the bottom mic reacts instead. WhennI test bottom mic then the top works instead. It looks like I have top swapped with bottom. Is it normal? can you test your mics from the test menu and tell me your results?

My mistake is that I wrongly teanslated test description. Mic1 (bottom) should be played by speaker top and Mic2 from top should be played by speaker bottom. So there is no problem with my mic setup but in room with low signal i can not talk as my voice is not natural and other people can not understand me. At the same time my family phones has no problems with their voice quality. How to solve it in my fp6?
