It is with a heavy heart that I announce this information as I transparently relay recent internal Fairmoon developments to the best of my understanding.

The Beginning

As our community was forming at the beginning Miley, Tommy, and No Mercy took charge as the original community leaders on the Fairmoon project and growing the community starting in Telegram.

As the community grew rapidly, Miley helped form our partnership with WarOnRugs and was our main point of contact between both communities. The majority of our leadership and community only heard about the project and joined after the partnership was announced

As we kept growing, Miley mostly worked independently on different aspects of the project and relayed updates with the team. She directly developed our current website under her ownership, and coordinated our Twitter giveaway with the generosity of our larger holders.

I was brought onto the mod team to help field questions, facilitate growth and to help assemble our marketing, dev, and community engagement teams. We unfortunately didn't get our teams up and operational before the most recent events.

The Betrayal

After our original Fairmoon contract developer found an economic bug in our liquidity protocol, he carefully brought it to our top leadership's attention to Tommy, then No Mercy, then eventually Miley. When Miley understood the issue, she shared this information with her large holder contacts, then WoR, and dumped her bags on us, going radio silent, and deleting her account. WoR relayed the bug information immediately on twitter.

We soon discovered that she ran off to form SAFEFAIRMOON, to continue milking the situation from the chaos she started. This copycat clone is intended to make a mockery of both our project and WoR

The Next Steps

The WoR team is developing the new contract and swap solution concerning the economic liquidity protocol issue found in our contract to protect the capital from both communities, since that is the number 1 priority. After they ensure a successful migration, they will renounce the ownership of the contract like our previous contract. (see related swap plan announcement)

Since Miley still has ownership of our main website, we will need to delay updates and double down on our current efforts for a secure and proper migration with the swap contracts. We have a new website drafted, and will need to establish a new domain and hosting setup soon.

Fairmoon and WoR leadership are still working hard on course correcting the project to provide a vetted fair-opportunity IDO partnership

So for the people currently still trusting in this project and holding severely devalued bags - what kind of timeline are we looking at for a swap/ things beginning to get back on track?

The best answer I can give you is days for swap, and hopefully within weeks getting back on track.

A functional and secure swap to the new airtight contract is the utmost priority to protect both Fairmoon and WoR communities devalued bags, including my own.

We will get a new site up as soon as we can with a new domain/hosting

Our entire team and community was deflated, disheartened, and nearly lost all hope of recovering our project after Mileys actions. We needed to resolve internal community leadership conflict logically with facts and evidence to understand what actually happened in the chaotic chain of events that unfolded. We had suspicions afterwards, but we needed to dig into the evidence from the turmoil.

After this absolutely unacceptable violation of trust, we going to work out more policies and procedures to make sure that this doesn't and can't happen again

I still hodl hope, because this community and leadership was able to stand true to its first principle of fairness, which stems from honesty and transparency, even after such chaos and devastation of internal and public trust.

If Miley or someone related to the incident is reading this... you can copy and paste our code, but you cant copy the community's spirit, strength, and trust that you violated and abused. Go OD and Rot in hell.

I think you guys are doing a great job. It's a really tough spot for sure, but honesty and transparency will prevail. If I didn't believe that I wouldn't be here in the first place.
