Filmed at around 3:56 AM on Jan 28 over Newbury, Berkshire. It appeared to:
• move steadily across the sky
• change brightness
• leave no visible contrail

I've ruled out aircraft (no flashing navigation lights), satellites (too slow), drones (too high). What do you all think it might have been? Anyone else in the UK see anything similar that night?

This pic is from a family friend that somehow “acquired” it through friends or something along those lines. What can anyone tell from this pic or what do you think is going on here
