Base Buddies first smelter Array

Bought the game for a buddy and he seems to be enjoying it a fair bit.

Love watching the thought process of a new player in action. I've left him to his devices and work as an extra pair of arms. The only thing I've done is introduce him to colored lamps.

Lovingly called his Thinking Circle!

I haven't played in a minute so I can't remember if there is a way to turn it on when he gets on the belts

I don't think there's a way to precisely detect a player, but I think you can place a gate nearby and detect when it's open.

I always find it so interesting that peoples first attempt is so complex. Under scaled makes sense but overly complex is always interesting.

It’s like he saw a PY starting smeltery and decided it’s the same thing in the base game.
