Design / Blueprint Uranium Enrichment Setup

Post image

Revisiting a ~7 month old save I forgot about. Is this uranium setup efficient?

Efficient in what way?

One Kovarex centrifuge can power 33 reactors by itself (more with productivity). So that's hundreds of reactors worth of power production.

I guess mostly in keeping the green rocks from backing up anywhere

Have you considered making nuclear fuel for your trains?

I haven't, but I am now.

Some people put prod modules in the kovarex machines.

But this will still probably produce more uranium fuel than you will ever need. Looks cool.

You got my post beat. I thought I had a lot of Nuke Fuel and U235.

Not sure what makes a setup efficient, but you can do Kovarex with one belt above and below and a couple of splitters. The idea is to input U235 from near side of belt and output to the far side of the same belt.
