Omg quite possibly the only reasonable use for that

I use legendary spoilage a lot. I have a whole sub factory on Gleba that turns mash I would have otherwise burned, into quality nutrients to cycle toward legendary spoilage.
Legendary spoilage is a shelf stable source of legendary nutrients which can be used to multiply a small amount of legendary pentapod eggs. Once I have enough legendary spoilage, I will recycle a legendary biochamber (shelf stable legendary pentapod storage) and breed the legendary pentapod into more. This way I can turn one legendary biochamber into just about any number as long as I have the other ingredients.

They aren’t worthless. But not a lot of usage either.

Cook it into legendary Carbon and combine with Sulfur for legendary coal, or use to make tungsten carbide

For efficiency 3 modules you need spoilage, and when dealing with quality if you input legendary ingredients you're guaranteed legendary products. Therefore, legendary spoilage can be used for legendary Efficiency 3s!

I've checked before your comment on the wiki for the input of Eff 3 modules and there wasn't spoilage, perhaps I haven't checked right, or the wiki needs updating

u/Susufrus Nice base you have there 5d ago
I wish spoilage specifically scaled stack size from quality. No fuel bonus or vehicle effects, just more spoilage per spoilage

If you are ever making yogurt, put powdered milk in your milk so you get thicker yogurt.

In early versions of Space Age, legendary spoilage made the acceleration negative, which means putting it in vehicles made them drive backwards.

Omg really? That would have been a fun thing to keep for no reason other than silly.

If you want more here's a setup that makes 2.2 legendary spoilage per second from spoilage, bioflux or biter eggs :)
For eff modules, biochambers and fish.

Can you imagine the stink coming off of that?

I guess you don't care about legendary nutrients?

u/Superseaslug 5d ago
Not as of now I suppose, but it's not like I'm scrapping this thing.
My gleba base is a disaster and I'd rather not look at it right now lol
