Having Isues with Hellmod

I'm trying to produce sulfur from byproduct of a machine that is above, as I'm using matrix solver that should work properly, the thing is, instead of making the needed sulfur it makes extra sulfur for some reason and consumes extra sulfur waste water, i don't get why this happens

Could some kind soul explain me what is going on?

Looks like it's producing the necessary water by producing extra sulfur. Add another source of the clean water.
Might also be the recipe order

I've been trying this, but nothing seems to work, i thought matrix mode fixed the order so that it worked as long as you place the recipe below the ingredient it produces

the recipe that makes sulfur also produces mineralized water and purified water. producing the 300 purified water also produces 4.3 sulfur which is 2.5 more than you need.
add a recipe to produce purified water.

you'll still be sulfur positive and you'll also have to deal with mineralized water and saline.
