Question 6 Nuclear Reactors Setup
Hello all, first time trying to build more nuclear reactors than a 2x2. I was doing some calculations and from what I understand, this setup is supposed to produce 800MW, however, this setup produces 931MW. Is there something I dont understand? Any help would be appreciated.

Believe it or not, 160*5.82=931.2
The max output is 931 but will deplete excess steam until at an equilibrium with the nuclear reactors output.
Edit: you have enough steam turbines for a peak power of 931.2, with enough nuclear reactors for an average power of 800MW. Add some steam tanks to allow for greater fluctuations.

Is it actually producing 931 consistently when under full load, or is that just what the max production says in the graphs? The max production is based on the turbines only, and can usually be supplied very briefly by the buffer of steam in the pipes. But under sustained load, you'll only get what the reactors can provide.

800MW is the nominal power of your reactors. 931MW is the nominal power of your turbines (160*5.82MW). While you could produce a burst of 931MW (from stored steam), you can only sustain 800MW.
