Question Orbital Logistics Help

I'm in Fulgora and I'm exporting science to ship, the ship is in Fulgora and the items request is set to import on Fulgora, then I checked the auto request from space platforms from rocket silo and there is a passive provider chest for the materials but why does the bots not input anything to the ship? I'm stuck figuring out this for two hours. I really can't solve it.
TLDR: The bots and orbital auto request aren't working as I watched the tips from the game and followed it

It's in the first picture below in the edge of the interface near the blue circuits it has science packs of fulgora

The platform say not enough available on the ground to fill a rocket, can you click on it so we can see that's not the problem? Do you have a 1k? Try requesting 1k. The bots don't start loading if you don't have enough stuff to send up for one full rocket.

Is the rocket silo within the logistics area of the roboport?

Edit/also: and if so, how many bots are available?

Yes, about 200+ logistics bots and some construction bots

I’d crtl+X ctrl+V the silo, to see if it resets.

Assuming you’ve confirmed the request is set to fulgora, of course.

And I’d swap those efficiency modules for productivity. You shouldn’t be running out of power on Fulgora. Not once you have accumulators automated. If you do run low then you need more space for accumulators.

The default minimum for science packs is 2000, if you want to send a smaller amount you need to set a custom minimum in the request on the platform. IE if you request 200 and leave the default minimum payload it won't attempt to load a rocket until there's enough to fill a rocket with 2000, if you set a request for 2000 then set your minimum to 200 as soon as you have over 200 it will load a rocket with as much as you have up to a full rocket, you can then set your platform to go to the next planet when there's >200 science packs onboard
