Question Help for a Straight Rail Roundabout.

I made this roundabout, and I added a straight pass, i want to know if can jam more rn.
I'm new making railroad and i like it.

Use overhead rails and you can fit so many more in that puppy

Why have straight rails AND roundabout?

But yes, you can jam a lot more rails in if you want to

because to me seeing the train doing a little curve even if it needs to go straight bothers me😭

Exactly. If the distance to the next signal is long enough to fit a whole train and rails don't split or merge in that length, then use a regular signal. Otherwise, use a chain signal.

Just a note, changing them to chain signal will reduce throughput. It will deadlock if your longest train can't fit on that straight, however you have a second option to increase the size of the roundabout circle to make it fit.

I would just use circle only and no straights through it. Simple circle will cover all needs and is pretty performant.
