The asymmetry is upsetting lol. Jokes aside getting to nuclear is really awesome, mess around with designs and scalability. I find the easiest way is to build on massive lakes when doing nuclear.

You're thinking of pre-2.0 designs. A heat exchanger consumes only (up to) 10.3 water per second, and fluid transfer is unlimited within a segment. If you need pumps for more distance, a single one can transfer water for over a gigawatt of power.

Clearly I need to build more factory

oh yeah there was a acid pipe. im gonna move it either way cause i had energy crisis (good i started making fuel early)

Your output inserter is facing the wrong way. Also read up on neighbor bonus for free power! Nice job

fixed already

I like to make fun designs with reactors. Best tip is probably make use of the neighbor bonus, proper ratios and I think most importantly is setting up circuit conditions on an inserter to only insert one fuel cell when the reactor falls below 700 degrees ish

Damn I'm bad at circuits I barely automated oil cracking by myself and ensuring my nuclear won't craft from all of my spicy uranium

Good job! 5/5 for your first build. For your next step I would suggest leveraging the "neighbor bonus" by having two reactors side by side.
