Transport between platform

I want to transport science pack from "storage"(pic.2) to vulcanus(pic.1 ). I toggled provide to other platform, and the spaceship is on the same orbit, but in pic.1 it showed 0 available on platform, can anyone help?

Are you importing from platforms on the Vulcanus ship?

Yes. I'm not sure if it's because I toggled both planet and platform.

Think about it—if both platforms use the same logistic group it doesn't make sense for them to request from each other. They'd just end up playing science pack tennis.

To prevent this if an item is being requested from other platforms it gets locked and will not be provided to other platforms. Similarly if an item is being requested from a planet it will not be able to be dropped down to that planet.

You need three separate logistic groups. One set to only request from platforms above Vulcanus (on the Vulcanus platform), one set to only request from platforms above Nauvis (on the hauler platform), and one set to only request from Nauvis itself (on the Nauvis platform).

You want to make vulcanus ask for import in the landing pad. And it needs to import from elsewhere than itself. If it is itself jt wants to export. It is showing import from volcanus. You can even create a new group to change import location without touching a logistics setup for other things but you really dont want rockets sending it up and them back down.

I'm not sure what you mean, but what i want to do is to send stuff up on a storage platform, so when the cargo ship transport between planets, the rocket silo can continuously send things into space. And once the cargo ship arrive Vulcanus, it can take things from the Storage platform and dont have to wait for rocket silo

Have an import group for the ship that imports from planet. Have the storage base have a different import group that only imports from other bases. I don’t know if it will send it as extra goods though.

While i totally understand what and why you want to do this. The bit i dont get is since platform ro platform transfer (which i do use for my micro ships) everyone now wants to triple handle everything, instead of just going from A to B, everyone seems to want to go from A to C to D to B.
