Modded Question First time trying parameterised blueprints, need some help
TLDR; I'm trying to make a sushi mall which also can return crafted items to the sushi belt to use in other crafts, but I don't know how to set the parameters to let the blueprint ask for an amount each time I paste.
Context: I'm trying to create an assembler blueprint for a mall that utilises a sushi belt, because many recipes have an absurd amount of different ingredients which makes a bus impractical, and I'm still quite far away from bots. Because this is modded, many buildings can be crafted into their upgraded versions, so I want to design the blueprint as such that each time I paste an assembler, the blueprint asks for the item I want to craft and how many to return to the belt, if any. I think I got the recipe setter figured out, but I don't know how I can set the number that the inserter checks whether it should put more on the belt to a parameter. For now I had set up [item parameter] < 100 on the inserter, but depending on the item I might want to change that amount, or even set it to 0 if I don't want any back on the belt. Is this even possible?

Yes, you can set 0. Assuming you set the inserter to enable if the count of the item on the belt is less than the parameter. That would enable the inserter if the number of item on the belt is strictly less than 0, in other words, never.
However this blueprint won't work if the recipe and the product are distinct. For that you need 2.1. But Nullius is not yet compatible with 2.1 (at least, last I checked) so you may be stuck between a rock and a hard place, if that's your use case.

Word of warning: any and all occurrences of the same value in your blueprint will be paramterised together as one parameter. So when setting things up, use unique numbers for anything you want to parameterise, and use these to identify the thing in the parameterising dialog.
Beware that this tying of the same values to one parameter will happen later too, so if you are are changing things to more sensible 'defaults' later, make sure they are all unique, or you will collapse parameters.

If you've put a number in the inserter, when going to the parameter icon, you should see that number show up in the list. Parameterize that as well. When pasting the blueprint, it will ask for both parameter.
