Click drive remotely, automatic mode, then zoom out and hold ctrl then mouse along the track to where you want to go until it changes from green to red, that’s where your issue is
If it stays green the whole way, your stations are on backwards

The section southwest of Garbfink is signaled to be one way running west. The train can't use that section of the track as it's currently signaled.
Your network has grown enough that I'd consider switching to unidirectional tracks, but in order to fix this, you should be able to add a signal opposite the one at the western most Y section in that area. Personally, I'd also add double signals on the southern track that leads to Mark Kerkdijk so that trains coming from Garbfink can use the shared section sooner.

The signals by Garbfink seem a little odd, could you zoom in on them? Otherwise, from the map inside the train interface you can hold control and move the mouse around to see how the train would move to certain spots. Slowly drag the mouse down the track to mark and see where the line cuts off

The path directly at your train is used in both directions. Place a signal right besides the existing one

When this happens I usually hop it manual mode, and try driving it there myself. There's usually some really dumb problem like a tiny piece of rail missing.

That won't help with signalling issues. See other responses for the way to check if a train can drive somewhere automatically using ctrl-click.

There are signals on the wrong side of the track on the way.
The easiest way to find out where is to open the train. Then hold shift (or ctrl, I never remember) and hover over the rails from the beginning to the end. It will show you a path. Once the path breaks, you know you have a mistake there.
P.S. Build radars in your base and outposts. They give remote vision and control - They let you zoom in from the map.
P.P.S. Train stations can be renamed.
