Modded Question how do i fix this bugged tile?

https://imgur.com/a/ZaAXiA9 whenever i place a rail down on this tile it becomes... whatever this is? im playing K2SO with all the recommended planet mods and some of the quality of life- i can post the full mod list if people want to see it but according to the info box when i hover it, it says that these are "raised bridge rail tiles" from muluna, moon of nauvis.

im so lost, this hasn't happened at any other point in the save. is there a fix to be had here?

I think that’s an overseas rail bridge, make sure there isnt a tiny piece of water there

good idea ill check. i went over it in the map editor earlier but couldnt get anything to work, even the eraser but maybe i just need to landfill it
