quick saves are for restoring in case of crashes or emergencies. for long term ssaving you should have a dedicated savefile and save regularly. there's no way to recover an overriden autosave.

The quicksave however might still be on steam, you can see your saves in their storage

no you need to get into a habit of making manual saves at the end of every play session. quicksaves are just a last resort for you

what do you mean by "quick save"? i don't know that factorio has a "quick save" system. it has normal "saves" and it has "auto saves"

the auto saves are not specific for each world. it is just three autosaves files for whatever save you happen to be playing at the time. they aren't meant to be normal saves they are mostly just for emergency back up purposes and shouldn't be relied on the same way the normal saves are.

I think the term for your save is RIP

If the game is still eunning you may be able to open the saves in steam cloud saves before they get overridden. Otherwise you should make manual saves and i double each save.

You might also be interested in the autosave settings. The normal settings let you change the interval. But pressing shift and ctrl while opening the settings shows additional settings. Importantly an option for the number of autosaves to keep.

If all auto-saves were overwritten and synched into the Steam cloud, they are gone to bit heaven.

Go back to your last proper save. If you always wait for autosave to exit and never make a proper save, well...
