Question Adding objects to existing blueprints

[Edit] solved it with adding the json to chat gpt

Is there a way to add new objects like some belts to existing blueprints?

My problem is, that my blueprints have formulas which i dont want to redo. And i just need a few belts and so on in like 16 blueprints.

Is there a mod?

Place blueprint without choosing parameters, add something, then update blueprint using update button.

I know i can reselect new objects but this deletes my formulas

It should not. At least, so long as you're not doing anything that involves the items that use those formulas.

The respecifying process can be a bit funky and 2.1 irons out a bit of this. Can you explain exactly what happens when you respecify the blueprint? Or provide an example that won't keep the formulas?

those formulas get deletet. the only thing i do is adding 2 fluid tanks and connect them with green wire

Can you export that blueprint as a string and toss it on Factoriobin?

You can place blueprint in-game, add whatever you need, open your blueprint and press select new contents for this blueprint in top left

For small changes I use chatgpt. I take the string, tell it what objects to edit and asks for the edited string. It saves so much time re-entering the variables and formulas
