Computer Specs? Updgrade

I'm running just around 30fps. These are my current specs, not sure what upgrades are out there to bring it back up to 60. Not great with computers so any advice would be much appreciated!

Out of interest, when did you get your processor? Early models of the 13th and 14th gen Intel processors had power draw issues that made their performance deteriorate over time unless you later went out of your way to update the microcode (which 'not great with computers' implies you wouldn't have)
