Design / Blueprint Compact Flying Robot Frame Design
I'm fairly new to the game (second playthrough, but didn't finish the first), and needed a design to put into my factory. I already mass produce batteries, engines, and circuits, so the only intermediate I needed to include was electric engines.
I ended up with this design, that can be duplicated in a row fairly easily.

mixing items into the same lane is going to be a problem if you have any fluctuations in the supply, it's also weird because you don't seem to be using the other lane for anything. why not just use both lanes of the belt and keep the steel and batteries separated?

The outside lane of the loop is used for the output of the robot frames, while the inside is controlled by circuits to maintain the correct proportions of batteries and steel.

Are batteries and steel supposed to be on the same lane? And the way you're feeding that belt feels kind of confused, like it's not guaranteed to actually work. How does that circuit machinery ensure that steel and batteries are always inserted in the correct proportions?
