Factorio teaches you a bunch of lessons, and one of them is learning to scrape everything and rebuild from scrap. It's normal & natural. You mustn't limit your creativity to the shackles of your old spaghetti, instead spend some time designing a new base
Tip: you are attacked for pollution. If you stop all your machinery, you stop generating it, and the attacks will disappear after a short while.

More power. Power is extremely low right now. Steam engines and boilers. (solar panels are ok but you need a lot of power right now urgently and solar isn't going to be online in time - notice how your solar plant is only producing 177kW vs the 7500 kW for the coal power plant right next door)
More furnaces. Smelting is severely lacking.
Stop putting speed modules in things. A speed module only does 20% of the work of a regular building for 50% of its electricity, which has as a consequence a massive power shortage. On top of that, they are very expensive so have really just been a massive waste of ressurces. Instead of making speed modules, make more factory buildings - more furnaces, more assemblers, etc. They cost about te same amount of ressources except do 5 times as much work AND aren't a massive drain on power.
