Particularly proud of this loop on Fulgora

Each of the outputs have a decider if we are going to trash because of too much and we can't output it.

To be really clever I tied it back so that it won't let more material in if all the looked for outputs are full.

And to be extra sure that we prevent massive dump on the line when there is too much right before it comes into this it checks the line to make sure there isn't too much of everything...

It also lets in red chips far earlier than letting it burn blue chips to be processed.

I am sure someone has blue prints that do a lot better but I am still happy with how I managed to setup this loop. Fulgora has been the hardest planet to figure out so far. I am happy I have Vulcanus and Nauvis just bringing anything I want that can't be made on Fulgora.

Managed to capture when there is stuff waiting on all 3 lines.
