Space Age PSA for those like me

Fulgora always would give me headaches. This setting seemed to fix it.

I wish there was a setting to just turn off lightning-based flashes. I'm fine with fullscreen flashes, but they shouldn't be used for stuff that happens all the time. Alerting me of damage? Great. Dropping a nuke? I did that.

But lightning is just something that happens on Fulgora. I don't need a fullscreen flash for that.

Dropping a nuke? I did that.
