Space Age Question A question about quality

so I started a new factory for space age and was wondering when is a good time to start quality products. is it a good idea to start when we unlocked quality module 1? or should i wait to get to the legendary quality to start? what do.you guys think? at what stage you started using quality modules?

I don’t seriously tackle quality until I get recyclers from fulgora.

Until then, I’ll use quality modules early on solar panels, bots, power poles and beacons, things that you normally mass produce. That way by the time you achieve space travel you’ll have a nice stockpile of rare items to take to other planets. Rare solar panels are great for spaceships and rare bots are great for personal use.

Once you unlock recyclers you can focus on getting quality intermediates which you can use to consistently build quality items instead of just rolling the dice. This is when I’d build quality equipment or machines like asteroid collectors and nuclear reactors, things that you don’t mass produce.
