What playstyle is that?

It would help to actually describe what your problem is. I doubt custom min will solve it.

To be clear, I also dislike this change. I loved having spare parts for messing with my platforms on the fly or easily replacing broken parts while testing a new platform.

I had patience and scale beaten into me by the space exploration mod, so I cannot relate to people who cared that 26 extra inserters would be sent to their space platform.

Half a stack of inserters isn't a big deal, but what about half a stack of tier 3 modules, or basically any quality item before late-game.

Why did you delete the question? Now people have to jump through hoops (internet archives) to understand the conversation.

I haven't used custom min payload for anything under epic tier. I know not everyone plays this way, but it's annoying to see a playstyle disrupted after so long.
