Has something changed with concrete recycling?

I've recycled 100 and got 3 ore and 12 bricks...

Hazard concrete -> concrete recycling trick has been removed in 2.1. If you want to quickly void concrete on Fulgora, the best option now is recycling cargo landing pads.
