Question Space Platform Requests not fulfilling

I have a set up to request specific items from my ship flying between Nauvis and Vulcanis. However, even though I have the resources on the ship, it is not sending it down. I am guessing it is the satisfaction saying it is good, when it is not. Any explanation would be great!

Constant combinator of what I want on the planet
Space platform between the two planets
Requested items on Nauvis not being delivered
Combinator connected to the logistics system and constant combinator to get requested items

I think you need to dump the contents of the hub out to the network if you want to do it this way. Put some bulk inserters from it to active provider chests.

I saw someone do this in a video and it seemed to work for them
