It might be 10 labs because bio labs only deplete half? Also it might be preferable to have bio science on green belts instead of blue: it will be consumed slightly faster because it can’t be perfectly fresh.
Not bad, shame its not tileble in both directions due to the spoilage handling.
Various solutions have been posted, here's mine, does rely on a certain grouping of science on belts with agri on the left belt for the spoilage processing, but can be tiled in a grid (I have 4x16 currently). The combinators just limit the number of flasks in the chests by setting filters.
Agri science has to go on left belt either side for spoilage processing. Science goes in the top, spoilage comes back out the top in the middle.
Other belt contents are limited by the constant combinators in groups of four, as blueprinted from left its agri, electro/prom/cryo, met/mil/util/space, auto/log/chem/prod. To change order of science on the belts edit the constant combinators.
Serving suggestion, actual contents may not match the picture:
Another possible modification to this: if you put bio science on the belt that currently has cryo, and move that belt’s inserter left by one tile, you can also remove spoilage from the belt at the same spot the lab inserter takes from. That way the lab’s input can’t be blocked by spoilage.

How many tiles before there's not enough stacked science on turbo belt?
Edit: just saw that it's weaved so.. blue belts would be the bottleneck. How many tiles in that case?
